I do not normally toot my own horn, but this time I will make an exception this is just way too exciting!!! YES, yours truly has won 2nd Place in one of the biggest contest at Polyvore.com with close to 14,000 entries this was some serious competition! My set will be displayed along with the other 3 winners on American Eagle Billboard in Times Square during the week of 3/11 - 3/18/11 if you live in the area go check it out.
This is my first win at Polyvore since, I became a member over 3 years ago, I must say that I owe my daughter chicGiselle aka "Machine Wash Warm" (if you have not seen her blog yet head on over it's great) a gigantic Thank YOU for introducing me to Polyvore and always believing that one day I too like her would be a Polyvore winner! I have also won a $500 American Eagle gift card, I can not wait to go shopping...I want to also say thank you to Mashable for the story on their page about our win. Anyhow I never in my life imagined that I would win a spot on a billboard on Times Square I am really excited to see it, check out my entry below and all the cool clothes that I can get for this summer; there were a lot of very good entries I guess they liked the Colors in my set ♥
