- Remember when "dressing up" was a daily practice...well at least here in the US, in some cities (Paris to name a few) it is considered outrageous still to this day to step out in your sweats even when going down to the market, or so I have been told...
I was a bit young (an infant) but my mother sure does remember those days it was not strange to head out to the market with your heals and nice gloves, and makeup in place, how did they find the time?
